MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) — Redshirt freshman Hudson Clement caught three of Garrett Greene’s four touchdown passes in his first college game, leading West Virginia to a 56-17 win over Duquesne. West Virginia withstood a long weather delay and its own early mistakes. The Mountaineers bounced back from a blowout loss at Penn State a week ago. Clements caught scoring passes of 14, 70 and 46 yards. He finished with five catches for 177 yards. Greene threw for a career-high 240 yards in one half of action. The game was delayed nearly two hours in the second quarter due to storms in the area.
